Searches
If you are pulled over by the police and they let you go after the neccesary procedures then when you get a few blocks down the road they pull you over again and have a warrant issued for a search, and they find illegal drugs, is that grounds to dismiss a case?

Don't you ever watch TV? If they have probable cause, they can search. If they have a warrant, a judge already determined that they had probable cause, but you may be able to attack that determination. What was the basis for the probable cause?
