Section 17 plus a DUI

I received a section 17 a few months ago, than I received a DUI, and went to court and the judge gave me 1 year probation, 72 hours, lost of license plus a 1800.00 fine. My DUI was in Bucks, my alcohol level was 1.6 and was underage (18). I walked the line and they also took blood. Now that I got the DUI behind me, now the want to bring me back to trail for failing during my section 17. What do you think the outcome will be for failing during my section 17?

Bucks County does not play games. Depending on the DA you could be incarcerated for the underlying charge which led to the Section 17. I need to know the charges which led to the Section 17. E-mail me at [email protected]
