Seling a Criminal Record
How would i go about sealing my criminal record?

If you received a suspended imposition of sentence, then the record is sealed to the public. Law enforcement will able to access the information however.
If you were convicted either by plea or trial, then there are only two ways to have the record cleansed. First, you could request a pardon from the Governor. This is a long shot at best. Second, you could file a petition with the Circuit Court for the County where the arrest took place. If you can show the arrest was without probable cause, the arrest record will be removed.
