Selling Cocaine

How long does a police have to arrest me for getting crack for him. My brother came in my house and gave me the money. I made him go around the bloce so he not see. When I got the cocaine I went to give it to my Brother, he said no give it to him (state police). this matter was in 2005.

They are within their statute of limitations which is 5 years. You should consult an attorney as soon as possible.
