From most serious crimes to less serious crimes, and based upon how the particular offense is graded:

Burglary: If graded as a first-degree felony, the maximum incarceration is 20 years and/or a $25,000.00 fine (plus restitution, if applicable). If graded as a second-degree felony, the maximum incarceration is 10 years and/or a $25,000.00 fine (plus restitution, if applicable).

Criminal trespass: If graded as a second-degree felony, the maximum incarceration is 10 years and/or a $25,000.00 fine (plus restitution, if applicable). If graded as a third-degree felony, the maximum incarceration is 7 years and/or a $15,000.00 fine (plus restitution, if applicable). If graded as a first-degree misdemeanor, the maximum incarceration is 5 years and/or a $10,000.00 fine (plus restitution, if applicable). If graded as a second-degree misdemeanor, the maximum incarceration is 2 years and/or a $5,000.00 fine (plus restitution, if applicable). If graded as a third-degree misdemeanor, the maximum incarceration is 1 year and/or a $2,500.00 fine (plus restitution, if applicable). If graded as a summary offense, the maximum incarceration is 90 days and/or a $300.00 fine (plus restitution, if applicable).

Theft by unlawful disposition: Depending upon the value of the goods or services stolen, theft offenses can be graded as second- or third-degree felonies, or first-, second- or third-degree misdemeanors. See above for maximum jail time and fines.

Hope this answers your question.
