Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am being sentences this Wednesday. I had taken my aunts bank card and withdrawaled money out of her account. She tryed telling the cops it was 11 times well i was able to prove that I had done it all the times for four of them so I am left with 7 withdrawals. It is totalling up to a little over 2500.00. she is pushing for me to get Jail time. I am a single mother to two small children working a full time job and its my first time getting into trouble. I need suggestions. I cant afford to go to jail and leave my kids behind.

Did you have an Attorney representing you on this case during your trial? If so, you should schedule a meeting with your Attorney before Wednesday to discuss all of this with them.
If you did not have an Attorney representing you, you should meet with the Public Defender's Office within the county that the charges were filed.
