Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Sentencing
I was attacked and the attacker was charged with simple assult, terroristic threats and terroristic actions. Is he looking at a felony or less and what might his sentence be? what do I do about the fact that he has been contacting me since the attack?

Re: Sentencing
Both charges are misdemeanors of the 1st and 2nd degree respectively. Terroristic Threats could be a maximum of 5 years and/or a fine up to $10,000. Simple Assault carries a maximum of 2 years and/or a fine up to $5000.
You should contact the police at once if he contacts you in anyway.
