I was convicted for writing a bad check(m1) and theft by deception(m1).my proirs are almost 10yrs old and it was theft by deception and receiving stolen property.the theft was a (f3),and the receiving were (m3).how much time am I looking at?

It would depend on the county that your prosecution is taking place, but I would suggest a 3 yr probation would be reasonable. Contact me if you would like to discuss further.
