Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Sentencing
my husband is on state parole and he got a year on his sentence so he is going to do that first. Then he got 1 1/2 to 4 for his new case, not what i want to know is if he does his parole violation and then does at least 3 to 6 months of his new case will he be able to come home early? Our attorney that we had said that he would be able to come home early if he serves 3 to 6 month of that after his violation. i want to make sure that he is right.

Re: Sentencing
This depends upon the terms of the sentence. You should rely upon his advice because he is the most familiar with the case and the particulars of the sentencing order.
