Serving a warrant in Pa

A neighbor was visiting and a knock came to my door by a sheriff,when i answered the door they asked if my neighbor was here and i said wait a minute and i will get him,they walked into my house without my permission and proceeded to handcuff him in front of my kids,is this aloud by our government and if so we need to get bush the hell out of the white house because thats bull.I'd appreciate any kinda of answer...Thank You

this type of behavor has been ongoing since the Reagan administration. it is legal for officers to effect an arrest where they have a warrant or witnessed a misdemeanor or greater crime as it occurred.

if the matter concerned you directly, you could seek to suppress any evidence of complicity as no warrant was produced to you and you expressly did not consent to entry.
