Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
So I was setup by someone who got in trouble who told police I was receiving drugs through the mail. The officer said he could not confirm this so he decided to do a trash pull at my address. The trash bin is shared between 4 or 5 other tenants in the building, they were able to secure 9 marijuana roaches which field tested positive for thc. These were not sent to a lab but it was enough for them to obtain a warrant and royally screw me. I'm wondering if this is grounds for profiling or harassment seeing how my prior record involves only minor driving infractions and marijuana related misdemeanors. So basically someone got busted and they ratted on me with wrong information yet the cops continued to profile me. I really need advice because a lawyer said he was gonna help then backed out I am stuck with a public defender and I understand their workloads are unrealistic. My number is 717-599-4061 I live in dauphin county pa. My name is Christopher Spotts and this event occurred early November.

No but if it's what you say it's really shoddy police work. That said putting you name out there in public is not a good idea. You need to contact a defense attorney to deal with the charges.
