Re: Sex Charges

do not give any statements or any cooperation with a police investigation without having a lawyer. if they have enough evidence to arrest you, let them arrest you. don't add to their case against you. think about it like a tv show: every time a defendant gives a statement to the police, they get screwed.

while it maybe that providing substantial assistance to the cops MAY help you in the end, you should ask a lawyer to help you--thats why they went to law school.

Re: Sex Charges

You need a lawyer NOW. Write back to me if your interested in some specific instructions, but please, don't do anything involving the police before you talk to a lawyer.

Re: Sex Charges

You don't do anything. Give NO statements, NO voice tests, NO polygraph tests, NO cooperation. Hire an attorney who is experienced in sex cases immediately.
