sex offenses
my boyfriend is being tried for devient sxual intercourse under the age 13. He is 33 and she is like a daughter to him he pretty much helped raise her and has no past criminal record what should he do or what can he expect

Your question is pretty broad. We don't know what stage of the process that your boyfriend is at. If he has just been charged and went through the preliminary arraignment then the next step is a preliminary hearing to determine if there is a prima facie case to hold him for trial.
But because your question indicates that he is being tried, I'm assuming that he has already gone through that process and that he presently has an attorney. If not, the first thing he should do is get an attorney. These are serious charges.
If he does have an attorney, he should follow his attorney's advice.

He needs a lawyer! Without a careful thought out strategy and plan of action the heinousness of the crime will casue many of the jury members to want to convict no matter what. I offer free initial consultations.
