Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Can he do this? Sexual abuse.

Sadly, many years ago I molested my brother when we were kids (mid-1980's). We were both minors at the time (he 9 and me 12) and both living in Canada with our family. It is not something I am proud of (clearly), however I was never convicted of any crime. Although I did write a formal apology letter in the mid-90's to begin the healing process. I lead a relatively normal life and to this day have no criminal record of any kind.

A) I live in Philadelphia now and he lives in South Korea. He is threatening to bring forward legal action against me now (2005) and has apparently retained a lawyer. Can he do this? Would he be able to bring this to court? How does this work seeing as it happened out of the country? Is there a statue of limitations? What about the fact that we were minors? What could happen?

B) He also emailed me to tell me that engaging in a public ''information'' campaign against me, posting my picture and name across the internet, threatening to mail letters and such to my place of work and to create a blog spot with my home address and phone number and other personal information - basically harassing me and trying to ruin my life. Is this legal, can I do something to stop this?

There may be statute of limitations problem with what he is attempting to do in bringing suit against you. He may, in some situations, overcome it though.
