I was wondering what the legal age of sexual consent is, between a man and women in the state of Pennsylvania.

Statutory rape requires a victim under 16 years old and that the age of the perpetrator is 4 or more years above the age of the victim. So, for example, 14 and 18 would be statutory rape, 15 and 17 would not. I offer free consultations.
