Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Can I or anyone show up at a preliminary hearing (for moral support), even if there is a possibility of myself being served a Subpoena to be a witness if the case goes to trial?

If the DA wishes to subpoena you they will. They have the where with all to do so.
A preliminary hearings are open to the public. Why any one would want to go escapes me but feel free.
