Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Simple Assault
My Boyfriend and I got into a fight, i went to open the car door and he shoved me out i had to call the police to get a ride home. i begged them not to press charges. and they sent him a citation. how can i get these charges dropped against him since i did not want them in the first place? isnt it my choice?

Did the police witness anything? He may just have to show up at the Hearing and have the MDJ dismiss it.
