Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Simple assault
A person willingly came to my property and would not leave, we had a verbal argument then got physical, the person was injured during the fight, she filed charges against me for simple assault, harassment. I felt I had to defend myself. Would I be found guilty for these charges, It was a mutual physical fight.

It isn't possible to answer your question. Generally, if the person came onto your property as a trespasser you may use reasonable force to eject them. What we cannot know from your question is whether the force that you used was reasonable.
