Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My sister leased a car from louisiana where she was living.. she moved here and was behind on one car note, and they put a warrant out on her for theft..so pa picked her up and she is sitting in jail waiting for a court date for extradition...how long can pa hold her if louisiana doesnt show up

Didn'they try to reach her before putting out a warrant
She can;t sit indefinitely, but she should have a lawyer to get her oput on possible bail
