Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My sister was put in jail because she stole thousands of dollars of merchandise from our home and pawned it to get money for drugs. She recently got out and now will not stop calling and won't leave us alone. What can we do? My mother is afraid of her but is sick from a stroke and her mind is not right. How do we get my sister to leave us alone?
