Snorting Paraphenalia
Someone i know uses cocaine and has a snorting spoon (really tiny ones) and has it on a string that he wears around his neck...can he get in trouble with the police for this? Even if it doesn't have and powder on it?

YES...it could your friend some unwanted police attention, besides if they do so much coke and heroin that they need to wear the spoon around their neck then you need to confront them on this lifestyle choice before they destroy their life!
