Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

my son was falsely accused and convicted

He was convicted with no evidence no proof nothing but a hearsay ,these allegations came from a ugly child custody case we had two other testimonies from my other sons that they were all in one room together all the time.Cause my ex had 10 ppl living in a three bedroom at the time on the kids weekend.

The judge said i cant say you did and i cant say you didnt i just have to assume something happened and find him guilty ,now my son is only 14 ok i am appealing this as we speak, the attorney i hired said this will be sealed on his 18 th b-day if we dont win the appeal..Oh and we caught the witness lieing on the stand.See this judge released a sex offeneder a few years ago and i think now anyone who gets accused is automatically guilty and like i said they was nothing with this case but a hearsay .I am tryin to fight for my kid how do you think my appeal would work out?

Re: my son was falsely accused and convicted

Your attorney is better able to give you advice than anyone here but if the judge said he was assuming guilt, I would think that you have a pretty strong appeal.
