Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Son of a friend 19yo had his facebook tampered with indicating that he was gay, also receiving text msgs, ie: "Fag" from same perpertrator. Son won't do anything, says he doesnt want to rock the boat. What legal recourse and charges would be best if we can convince him to contact authorities? And what autorities would be best to contact?
