Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

My son was on house arrest and was taken to family court by correction facility,before leaving the correction facility he was given a urine test,where as it sat from 7:00am until 9:00am uncovered and no lid nor was it sealed. After returning from the court he was told that he had cocaine in his urine,also his medication percocetes which was prescribe by the doctor, due to his accident,which left him with a fractured left leg and a fractured right arm. I was told that there was a trace of cocaine,my son asked to be given another urine test but was denied. My son swears that he did not have any cocaine in his system, Please assot
