my son was put on megans list in 2007 he pleaded guilty to luring child in motor vechicle he did not a psycho evaluation was not given to judge of da at time of sentencing this was malicious to do to a 18yrs old whom only had younger friends no sexual contact what can family do

He plead guilty to a Megan's offense, thus he was placed on the Megan's list. I suppose for 10 years? There is nothing to do. Whatever could have been done to avoid conviction on a Megan's offense should have been done in 2007.
The only question I have is, was he told he would be on Megan's list when he plead guilty?
