Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My son Scott was just sentenced to 17-25yr in prison,for three armed robberies,whats the earlest he can come up for parole in pa.Also he was paying child support for 3 kids,how will he pay now that hes locked up

The earliest would be around 17 years. As for the child support, as a prisoner his obligation goes to zero.
