my son is 19 yrs of age can he get a court appointed lawyer on his own or does my income determine his eligibility to obtain this assest?

He could probably get a court appointed lawyer on his own IF he qualifies----

I don't know what the situation is that he faces, but quite frequently, there arfe attorneys who will reduce their fees to help out or work out a payment plan......
