Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I got a speeding ticket in June. Sent in the $50 and asked for a court date. I did not hear back from them and was not sure how long it should take to get a response. I got a letter from penndot saying my license was suspended. I went to the local court house and they told me i had a warrent out for my arrest. i paid the fine and went to the bigger court house and got a court date to appeal. What should i say when i go to court?
