Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Speeding Tickets
As a private citizen fighting a speeding ticket is it worth citing case law and taking pictures of the site of the ticket, I do not feel that I was going as fast as the radar gun indiciated. What can I do do help this situation?

Generally, I would say that quoting case law in front of a DJ is a waste of time. Taking pictures cannot hurt. As a practical matter why don't you contact the police officer and see if he will let you plead to a lower speed or careless driving so you get no points.
