Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Stalking

What can be done about someone who has stalked you for the better part of 4 years? She has been stopped early in the am in my area which is 30 minutes away from her area then, now she's moved closer. My patients are depleted and If I see her behind me on the highway again, it's possible I'm going to lose it.........I've reported her and to my knowledge she hasn't even gotten a citation. I've also spoken with the DA of Chester county. When do people start taking you seriously, when someone gets hurt or killed. She's not scaring me, but I'm starting to get scared about my thoughts and reactions to some of the idiotic things that she does and I find myself responding. I'm tired of ignoring her because it's obvious she's not going to stop and I just want someone to be aware of the situation in case it escalates and with her silly antics and clown mentality the crowd grows tired. I just need to know as a last resort what can be done if anything before I'm somone's Cell Mate?......

Thanks

Re: Stalking

Sounds like "Fatal Attraction." Watch out for your kids' pet bunny.

Seriously, you should take up Mr. Cevallos on his offer. The police are not as likely to worry about female on male stalking as they are about male on female, yet women are as able to pull a trigger as men are.
