Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

it all started out when me and my girl friend go into a fight. I then went and told her to get her stuff out of my apartment. She took two of her friends in with her. Later that night when i got back to my apartment all of my money was gone. I went to the place where she was and it ended up in an argument. the cops were called. when they showed up i was outside waiting for my girlfriend to come out and talk to me, but the people in the house would not let her come out. i told the cops that one of the people in the house just robbed me and i came to get my stuff back. they asked how i got there and i said i walked. they asked me why i walked, and i told them i was at the bar earlier but before i could say anything else the stopped me. i wasn't drunk and i have people that can back me up on that. but the cops then walked down to the house and talked to them. the people told the cops i was threatening them with a gun when i didn't. the cops came back up to me and told me to go home, so i started walking. About half way home they came picked me up and through me in the car and took me into custody. they put me in the holding tank once i got there. one of my friends called me and the police answered my phone. they didnt let me call anyone or give me anything when i was there. they only held me for two hours until my friend got me. they arrested me for public drunkenness and a disorderly conduct. i was never tested in anyway to see if i was drunk. they just assumed i was because i told them i was at a bar. i was only there playing pool with my friends.

i wasnt in anyway drunk

the disorderly paper says i was yelling at my girl friend when i wasnt yelling at her at all.

the cops never read me my rights

they didnt do anything to help me get back what was taken from me

they had no right to answer my phone

do you think i could take this to court and get out of trouble and if so what should i do or say in court.
