Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

State of PA. My ex-bf has no priors , but now has 11 harassment charges and 2 stalking charges against him. There is a preliminary hearing scheduled with a DJ, next month. What will probably happen to him?

With no priors the DA may offer ARD if he waives the preliminary hearing. A lot of what happens is up to the DA assigneed the case. He better talk to a lawyer and not the police.
