Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
In the state of Pa-a sentence of 50-100 years for 3rd degree murder and attempted homicide for not being the shooter. Appeal has been denied a few times. Are there any changes in the law that would give any hope that we can appeal for a lesser sentence?
