In the state of pennsylvania, can a third class felony misdemeanor be expunged?

If you were convicted (guilty) then the answer is no, it cannot be expunged. If the charges were dropped or you were found not guilty then you can expunge it.
The only way to expunge a conviction is to apply for a governor's pardon in Harrisburg.
