Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
In the state of Pennsylvania if someone receives public assistance requiring them to file for child support and the father isn't found for six years and is then ordered to pay child support at that time and lives in another state and the amount of back child support owed is determined to be over $10,000 can they be charged with the deadbeat parent punishment act?

That appears to fit the statute. The next hurdle is to get the local DRO to act.
