Statuatory Rape?
my daughter is sixteen and her boyfriend is eighteen. we told him and his parents we did not approve of this relationship. we told him to leave her alone. they skipped school and went to his parents house and had sex. what is anything leagally can be done to him in pennsylvania?

if the police have not responded, consider making out a private criminal complaint with your county district attorney. ask him if he will sign off on a corruption of a minor charge. statutory rape only appertains to those under 14 years.
