My 16 year old daughter has a 21 year old boyfriend we do not want her to date; I know they have had sex. What can I legally do to prevent him from contacting her?

Re: Statuatory Rape
You can call the police and ask to report a crime. If they will not file, you can file a private criminal complaint for the charge of corruption of minors. It is a misdemeanor of the 1st degree.
