what is the statue of limitations on credit card fraud and idenity theft

Typically, it's two (2) years, but there are exceptions and it could be longer. If you have been charged with one or more of these crimes more than two years after the alleged offense date, you should discuss this with an attorney. In fact, you should discuss being charged with any crime at any time with an attorney, and ASAP!
