Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

statue of limitations for a summary offense

on Feb 2, 07, i was in a car that the driver got pulled over for dui (a .04BAC). Since i am 20 and had a BAC of .09, the officer told me at the station i would recieve a citation for underage in the mail. I signed or recieved nothing at the station. Its been over a month (Mar-6-07) and nothing has come in the mail. The driver, who was also arrested for paraphanila, had his airforce recrutier run his background check last thursday, and nothing came up. How long do i have to be charged for the underage, and does it sound like i will be?
