Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Statute of limitations

9 years ago in college I got in a fight at a bar and an over zealous state trooper decided to charge myself and about 15 others with simple assault. It was pleaded down to harassment and stalking and I paid a fine and that was that. I was wondering does that get removed after x amount of years or can I get that removed simply?

Without a pardon you will have to wait until you are 70 years old to petition to expunge the record.
