Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
statutory rape
What if there is finally proof of statutory rape by a paternaty test? Is there anything I can do now?? I was 15 and she was 20. Now after 14 years I found out I had a daughter and I am not allowed to see her.

Re: statutory rape
The criminal matter is past the Statute of Limitations. You may fight for custody and visitation and you are almost certain to get visitation rights but not to get any custody rights.
