Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I stole a few small/cheap items from my former employer
and he withheld my last pay and told me charges will be filed. I'm scared I'll be arrested one of these days, please help.

You can't worry about what may happen, only what does happen. If the time comes that you need the services of a good lawyer, just get in touch.

Without knowing what the items were it's difficult to know whether this is an employer trying to duck paying wages or whether he has a legitimate charge. Still, I don't know if forfeiture of pay is something he can just do on his own so you may want to contact the wage and hour division of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
