Stolen Identity
Hi, I just found out that someone put a mortgage loan in my name, and I was wondering can I sue this person.

There aren't enough facts here to answer your question. Did the person forge your name on an application? Does the person have the same name as you? Are you living in the house with the mortgage? Of course you can sue. Anybody can sue anybody for anything. The question that you are really asking is whether or not it is a good idea to file a lawsuit and no one here can answer that without knowing the facts.
