Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

is there any way to stop having charges that were dismissed brought back up in Delaware county, pa. there was a court order giving me a week to return the child or a $50 a day fine after that and the same day a warrant for my arrest had gone out. was arrested in Georgia and held for 3 weeks. was extradited back to pa and sent to prison. made my bail and went to my preliminary hearing to have the charges dismissed by the judge. the "arresting officer" was overheard stating that I should have gotten something and not nothing. the person claiming that I did something wrong and started all of this has done nothing but lie to the courts and officers and the da in regards to everything. I am trying to keep my 3 year old daughter safe from this mans sexual predator son that lives within the same house. I have lost my career, my daughter along the way and the only thing I want to do is keep her safe. no one is looking out for her but me, everyone is focused on putting me in prison for 20 years. the judge that ordered that I had a week to return her failed to do anything about when I made him aware that the same day he had a warrant put out for me, the only thing he said was "I don't know how he did that" Something should have put a halt to any of these criminal charges against me once I said that. what can I do? I am currently trying to get my daughter back and the da in Delaware county is making this very difficult to achieve. I have been unjustly accused and incarcerated for a crime that I did not commit. I need serious help now for my daughters safety and well-being

For starters what were you charged with? What do they claim you did?

You might get 20 years but that is the max for a first degree felony and unless you committed some really heinous crime or have a long criminal record such a sentence is unlikely.

So let me know what's up. I'd need a lot of more information to give you any advice.
