My son is in the county jail for 2 felony drug charges awaiting sentencing. In the meantime he received a subpoena as a witness for the commonweath ordering him to be present at someones preliminary hearing. How would this be possible if he is still in custody??

Re: subpoena
They will bring him to the Hearing. The subpoena that he received is a special kind that is issued for someone in custody.
