Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I was subpoenaed for a case that I feel is unjustifiably putting me & my family in harms way. I am subpoenaed because I called and the da's office is not responding to my calls of concern. once I go to the hearing he will know who implicated him even though he did it to himself. this puts my entire family at risk because he is an unstable neighbor. they have enough evidence that they do not need to put me in his sight. what can I do?

You have to show up otherwise you'll be in trouble.
