Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am suing a neighbor for intentional property damage. He has not signed for a certified letter from the court and has successfully avoided a constable attempting to serve papers on him. What can I do to get this person served?

First, this is NOT criminal law it's civil. If you read the service rules for MDJ cases there are ways to get him served. It's spelled out in the PA. Code.
