If sum one writes a statement against you an you can prove things in the statement are lies can the statement still be used against you. simple assualt

The statement can be admitted if a foundation for its authenticity (not truth, but showing it was written by the person, but the weight given to it is up to the judge) Need a lot more information than you are giving me.
