Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I have a summary case from 2006 in Chester County Pa for a bad check. I have never been arrested for it, served papers on it, or been to court. Is there a statue of limitations for this to be removed?

Is that the only summary offense that you have been charged with? Also do you have the criminal code for the charge that you were charged with? Need a little more information to answer your question.
