Summary Offence - Disorderly Conduct

I was given a citation for Disorderly Conduct. Reason was a small amount of Marijuana. I was only given a fine of 421.00. Question is, will this impact me getting a job at all? Under what circumstances should I list this offence? How long until I could get this expunged, this is my only criminal offence.

You lucked out. The District Justice is not a "Court of Record" so you should be okay. Listing it depends upon the questions asked on job applications.
